1. Contact point for authorities (Article 11 DSA)
The authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can contact us at:
Languages: English and German.
Please state the brand and the website or URL concerned. Orders to act against illegal content or to provide information should be sent to this address.
2. Contact point for users of our services (Article 12 DSA)
If you use our services, or are affected by content hosted on them, you can contact us directly and quickly at:
Languages: English and German.
Messages to this address are handled by our staff, not only by automated tools. For billing, support or technical questions about your account, please use the support channel of your brand.
3. Legal representative in the European Union (Article 13 DSA)
Our providers that are not established in the European Union have appointed the following company as their legal representative:

4. Reporting illegal content (Article 16 DSA)
This section applies to content that our customers store or publish using our hosting services. You can report content you consider illegal by:
• emailing [email protected].
What your report should include
1. An explanation of why you consider the information to be illegal content.
2. The exact location of the information, for example the full URL or URLs.
3. Your name and email address. This is not required for reports about certain offences involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
4. A statement confirming that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations in your report are accurate and complete.
What happens next
• If you gave an email address, we confirm that we received your report.
• We assess it in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective way.
• We tell you our decision and the options available to challenge it.
• Where we restrict content or a service, we send the affected customer a statement of reasons, as required by Article 17 of the DSA.
For reports about copyright, spam, phishing or malware, you can also use our abuse channel. A report under this page does not replace any legal proceedings.
